Phase 1: Learning & Exploration (First 3 Months)
- Hands-on training in UI/UX design (led by Guljana Lateef) and development (led by Ayush)
- Weekly sessions, assignments, and open discussions
- Personalized feedback to refine your approach
- Portfolio-building exercises to help you showcase your skills
Phase 2: Real-World Project (Next 3 Months)
- Work on a live project alongside mentors and peers
- Experience collaboration, problem-solving, and execution in a real setting
- Gain insight into client interactions, deadlines, and iterative design/development processes
- Build confidence in your skills and workflow
Phase 3: Evaluation & Portfolio Development (Final Month)
- Final Examination – A structured assessment to evaluate your growth and practical understanding
- Portfolio Review & Refinement – Curate and present a portfolio of your best work
- Detailed Feedback & Scoring – Mentors will provide constructive feedback and scores
- Certification & Letter of Recommendation – Participants who complete all phases will receive a certified completion letter and a recommendation letter based on performance.
